There are nine Regional Technology Centers to cover every area of the state. The ICN offices and support lines are staffed Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm except major holidays.

The ICN has adopted the following procedures for dealing with notifications of abuse: ICN Abuse Procedures. To report abuse of the network please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include as much information as possible and a contact name and phone number.
ICN List Servs
The ICN sponsors a list server to help us communicate with our constituents. The technical lists provide users with information that is pertinent to their connection within the ICN, including outage/slowdown notifications. To join, contact your servicing Regional Technology Center (RTC) for help in joining a particular list.
